1. Introduction

Sweetr is built to help adults connect, discover content, and communicate in a respectful community. This Acceptable Use Policy explains the content and behavior we do not allow on Sweetr and forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. Who Can Use Sweetr

Sweetr is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account, access the Service, post content, match with others, or send messages. By using Sweetr, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

  • Nudity or sexual content: Explicit nudity, pornography, sexual solicitation, or sexually exploitative content.
  • Minors or child exploitation: Any sexual, suggestive, abusive, or exploitative content involving minors, or any attempt to contact minors for inappropriate purposes.
  • Harassment or bullying: Threats, intimidation, stalking, targeted abuse, unwanted sexual messages, or repeated unwanted contact.
  • Hate speech: Content or behavior that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or promotes hatred or violence against people based on protected characteristics.
  • Violence or self-harm: Credible threats, instructions for harm, glorification of violence, graphic violence, or encouragement of self-harm or suicide.

  • Privacy violations: Doxxing, publishing personal data, attempting to access another account, or sharing private conversations without permission.
  • Platform abuse: Interfering with Sweetr systems, bypassing moderation or access controls, scraping, automated account creation, or attempting to disrupt the Service.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your account, your content, and your interactions with other users. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • Respect other users' boundaries, privacy, and consent.
  • Post only content you have the right to share.
  • Use reporting tools when you see content or behavior that may violate this Policy.
  • Follow applicable laws and all Sweetr policies whenever you use the Service.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

We use a combination of automated tools, user reports, and human review to help detect potential violations. Users can report posts, profiles, messages, or other activity that appears to break this Policy.

When we review a potential violation, we may consider context, severity, user history, and risk to the community. Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Remove or limit visibility of content.
  • Warn a user or require changes to account information or content.
  • Restrict features such as posting, messaging, matching, or profile visibility.
  • Suspend or permanently terminate an account.
  • Preserve information or report activity to law enforcement when required or appropriate under applicable law.

6. Law Enforcement and Government Requests

We may review and respond to valid law enforcement, court, regulatory, or government requests in accordance with applicable law. We may also preserve or disclose information when we believe it is necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect users, prevent fraud or abuse, or address an emergency involving potential harm.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time as Sweetr grows, our features change, or legal and safety requirements evolve. We will post the updated Policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Sweetr after changes means you accept the updated Policy.

8. Contact Information
