Sweetr has zero tolerance for activity that endangers others or violates the law. In addition to the general conduct rules above, the following activities are strictly prohibited on the Service:

• Human trafficking and sexual exploitation: Any content, communication, or conduct that facilitates trafficking, coercion, forced labor, or sexual exploitation of any person.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery: Sharing, threatening to share, soliciting, or distributing intimate images, recordings, or private content without the explicit consent of every person depicted (commonly known as revenge porn).
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): Any sexual, suggestive, exploitative, or abusive content involving minors, or any attempt to contact, groom, or exploit minors through the Service.
• Abuse and harassment: Threats, stalking, intimidation, targeted harassment, unwanted sexual advances, or any conduct intended to harm, degrade, or silence another person.
• Aiding illegal activities: Using Sweetr to plan, promote, facilitate, or conceal criminal activity, including fraud, violence, drug trafficking, weapons trafficking, or any other unlawful conduct.

Violations may result in immediate content removal, account suspension or permanent termination, and reporting to law enforcement where appropriate. We cooperate fully with authorities in cases involving serious harm.

9. Law Enforcement and Cooperation

Sweetr takes user safety seriously. We cooperate with law enforcement and government authorities when legally required, and we may proactively report activity that we believe involves serious illegal conduct — including child exploitation, trafficking, threats of violence, or other imminent harm — to the appropriate authorities.

Our cooperation policy balances user privacy with legal obligations. We review every request through official legal channels, authenticate the requesting authority, and disclose only the minimum data necessary to comply with valid legal process. Where permitted by law, we notify affected users before their data is disclosed.

10. Limitation of Liability
